Founder: Marvin Williams Marvin Williams is a visionary graphic and product designer, serving as the driving force behind Future Proof Atelier. With a distinguished background in both luxury and performance markets, Marvin has spearheaded design initiatives for industry powerhouses including Puma, Reebok, and Fila. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Marvin’s trajectory led him to Los Angeles, where he deeply immersed himself in the realms of fashion and footwear. His unwavering passion propelled him across continents, honing his expertise in Germany and China, and ultimately positioning him at the epicenter of European tech innovation, Amsterdam, NL.

Your personal details and data are fully confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. FPA will keep any personal details in a secure database and will only be used respectively for FPA related communications only.

no holds in cart or checkout, purchase are complete once paid for.

Customization of QR code is one time per order, if you would like a change or update there is an additional charge of 5 euros. This can be done by purchasing an add-on update.

FPA is not responsible for taxes, duties, border charges or duty reimbursement on any international orders. please check your country’s border charges before making a purchase.

pre-order terms:

for select items on back order or re-order status; please note the estimated shipping window under shipping. these purchases are processed under the same terms as a pre-order.

  • On ordering 100% of item and the full delivery cost is to be paid. Followed by an order confirmation.
  • As soon as stock arrives, we will post the item out to you and forward you any relevant tracking details.
  • Estimated date of arrival: our suppliers are generally very good on their delivery estimates however on occasion deliveries can take longer than we expect. We try to keep you updated with any changes in the delivery estimate whenever possible.
  • Cancellation: order items are considered sold and the “pre-order” cannot be cancelled. Please ensure when placing a pre-order that you are happy and able to complete the order when the item arrived in stock. once you have paid for and received the item our normal return policy applies ( 14 days to inform us and a further 14 days for the item to arrive with us).
  • if for any reason the item you ordered does not arrive with us within a reasonable amount of time we will refund your deposit
  • the item price is confirmed when you make the pre-order, no changes (up or down) in price will be made. 

During new range launches please allow 7 working days for order fulfillment notice and tracking information.

Upon placing your order, you will received an order confirmation email.once your order is packed you will receive a second email with tracking information. During times of high volume such as new drops, please allow 7 working days to received your tracking information email. 

All orders are shipped from our Amsterdam NL headquarters. we use a rnage of courier providers and aim to provide the fastest and most convenient shipping possible to each location. Our main carriers include; fedex,ups, dhl and post NL.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

Future Proof Atelier does not cover international duties, taxes or border charges from local authorities. these are not calculated at checkout. All countries have different rules regarding import duties and taxes so we strongly encourage you to check with your local authorities as to what you may be charged.

not all orders will face duties and taxes but it is important to check in order to avoid any surprises or delays on your order. after placing your order, if you decide not to pay your local duties and taxes and reject your parcel, we will only refund once the package is received back to our warehouse. any return fees and holding charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

please contact us via info@futureproofatelier.com if you have any questions prior to purchase. we strongly advice consulting our size charts to ensure sizing satisfaction. Please carefully read through this return policy as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase from our website.

Return & exchange:

We accept returns and exchanges for non-faulty items. Please contact info@futureproofatelier.com with your order number and details of the return/exchange. size exchanges are subject to availability. Returns, refunds and exchanges will only be processed once the item is received back in our warehouse in original condition, with original packaging and tags.

if you have a change of mind in respect of a purchase, we will accept a return within 14 days of purchase and provide you with a credit note or refund.

We have the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet it’s original condition. Please note we do not allow exchange or return on discounted/sale products. 

return & exchanges postage:

all shipping costs related to exchanges and returns due to “change of mind”, will be borne by the customer. FPA does not cover shipping cost for return/ exchange unless proven faulty. Shipping costs are not refundable for change of mind returns and exchanges and you are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to us.

all returned orders will be issued with either a credit note or refund to the value of the item(s) returned, minus any shipping cost. Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.

Faulty items:

if you believe your purchase item is faulty, incorrect or missing an item – please contact us via info@futureproofatelier.com with photos of fault and your order number. all claims need to be lodged within 14 days of receiving an item. refunds will only be processed if the item is proven faulty. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our standards and is obvious of personal damage or neglect of the item. 

for faulty items we will cover the postage costs for the return, however, you are liable for any delivery costs if we refuse the return due to not meeting our standards of return / exchange guidelines. please exercise caution when trying on items as stained/ dirty items will not be accepted.
